✅ Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and confirm if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received and passes inspection.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@starprintsmfg.com.
